A sundown musical evening titled ‘Golden memories’ featuring popular songs of 60’ 70’ 80’ decades will come alive at the Ranmal Hotel, Moratuwa on October 17 from 6.30 pm.
‘Golden Memories’ also Devshan of ‘Battery’ fame and Melantha of Mirage, Lankika and Shanaka of Golden Chimes, Eranjan and Viranjan (ex super Pink n’ Purple), Anuradha and Shenya.
The aristes will join hands with Lucky Deva, Shiraz , Lakmal, Dissanka and Kamal of Spirit with the object of giving first preference to good music rather than ‘money’.
The organizes have decided to price the show at Rs. 300/- per head as entrance fee, which is inclusive of a free snack and a drink .
Free makeover for ladies by Revlon cosmetics will be another special feature of this Sundown Musical evening. Also ‘Spirit’ has decided to have a entrance ticket draw and to give more prizes n’ surprises to the selected fan from the audience.
The ever green English songs of Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Lulu, John Denver, Tom Jones, Bee Gees, Abba and Elvis will be the attraction of the show along with Clarence, Chithra Somapala, Neville, CT and more… will be sung as an additional feature.
This project will be in aid of under privileged children of ‘Sevana’ Pre school in Moratuwa.
Chrishmal Warnasuriya will be the master of ceremonies of the day. |
