ECU MBA at ACBT attracts the crème of corporate Sri Lanka

The prestigious MBA programme offered by Edith Cowan University, Australia at ACBT is attracting the crème of Sri Lankan corporates. This MBA programme at ACBT is reputed to be among the most stringently administrated international qualifications offered in the country as it is officially recognized by the Australian government. The board of governors has now further beefed up its lecturing panel by enlisting eminent professors and doctors at the state-of-the-art ACBT campus where the country's top hats come together to pursue the exclusive MBA.

Edith Cowan University (ECU) is an accredited university of the Australian Commonwealth Universities and its famed ECU MBA (International) programme has a 5-star rating in the 'Good Universities Guide 2004'. Offering comprehensive teaching on management with the opportunity to develop the know-how in various areas of interest, the overriding theme of the ECU MBA revolves around managerial decision-making within rapidly changing and increasingly competitive business environments.

While there are many educational institutes offering cheaper and supposedly internationally-recognized MBAs in the market today, the ECU MBA has for long stood out in the crowd. The prestige is one of the factors that make the MBA from this particular university exceedingly sought-after.

The requisites necessary for following the ECU MBA programme offered at ACBT is a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 5 years' work experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. The programme comprises three semesters with flexible weekend and evening classes scheduled ideally for working professionals. Those following the programme also have access to the ECU online library facility and of course have the option of graduating in Australia.

ACBT has for over 11 years been known to be the guaranteed gateway to Australia, its Colombo College affording students the option of completing an internationally-recognized degree right here in Sri Lanka or doing part and transferring credits to a university of choice in Australia. All ECU academic courses are registered with the Australian government's Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students, internationally known as CRICOS. A recent partnership with global super-power Navitas - one of the world's largest international education providers, saw ACBT widening its scope, giving locals the opportunity to choose from the best and leading universities in the world, including countries like England, US and of course Australia.

ACBT's recently opened Kandy College offers a range of the higher education options offered by its counterpart in Colombo, from the renowned University Foundation Programme (UFP) to Diplomas and Degrees.
