Little Lion Associates, at its recently held Dealer Convention, introduced two new products, Karthakolomba Wafers and Milky Cookies.
Dealers across the land with their families attended the gala event in which A.G. Ratnapala Samaraweera, Chairman of Maliban Biscuits and Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd, was the chief guest.
Little Lion was launched by A.G. Heenappuhamy, father of the present chairman, in 1970 baking cakes with six workers. Today, Maliban and Little Lion employ over 450 staff and produce a wide range of products to the highest international standards of hygiene and safety.
Maliban currently holds third position in the biscuit market here, but according to the Chairman, they hope to increase this ranking one day.
