Prabha's speech at 5.40 p.m.

LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran will deliver his Maveerar Day speech at 5.40 p.m, pro-rebel websites said today.

They said the speech will be broadcast live on several European and Australian based Tamil radio and TV stations and via pro-rebel websites..
