Koluu's Easy Cuisine, a one-day programme from 10 a.m. to 4 p .m., will be held on Saturday, July 19 at the Randholee Hotel, Heerasagala. Lunch is included.

Demonstrations consist of refreshingly new recipes for salads and pastas, chicken and seafood main courses and lip-smacking desserts. Every participant will receive a set of attractively printed recipes of the day. At the end of the day, the small group of food lovers will be literally taking home, in a tangible form, the secrets of successful, do- it-yourself culinary know-how as taught exclusively by Sri Lanka's foremost, contemporary cuisine specialist.
