Krishan Balendra, new CSE Board member

Krishan Balendra, Director of John Keells Stockbrokers (Pvt) Ltd and the Head of Corporate Finance / Executive Vice President of John Keells Holdings PLC, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) with effect from March 7, the exchange said.

With the new appointment the current composition of the Board of Directors is as follows: A. N. Fonseka (Chairman), M. M. Udeshi, J. H. Paul Ratnayeke, Murtaza Jafferjee, Ashroff Omar, Dhakshitha Thalgodapitiya, Prof. Malik Ranasinghe and Krishan Balendra
