A Royal treat

There’s a new signature dish at the Trans Asia Hotel’s Royal Thai restaurant for January-– Phad King Goong. What this simply means is – a portion of large prawns marinaded with Thai ginger and chili paste and stir fried with black mushrooms in a baby wok and served straight to the table!

Ask for it when you next visit the Royal Thai. To complement this dish is a thirst quencher called The Royal Thai Fizz, a unique combination of Gordon’s Gin, lemon grass extract and lime juice topped up with lemonade that has gone into the fizz!

There’s also the set lunch menu that has become a popular favourite among the office crowd looking for a wholesome, and more importantly a deal that suits an average working individual’s budget. Three set menus, including an all vegetarian menu are yours to choose from. So, now you know where to head off to if it comes to making a decision on where to go for lunch.
