From January 18 to February 3, the Navaratna restaurant of the Taj Samudra has laid on an "assembly line" of kebabs from the North West Frontier and the whole of India at the "Great Kebab Factory" open for lunch and dinner.

Master Chef Manohar Arya brings together his wealth of experience spanning across India in reviving all the finest recipes - from authentic Lucknowi, Hyderabadi and Awadhi to Peshawari kebabs.

Enjoy a feast of lavish kebabs served in quick succession - all you do is walk in and state your fancy, be it non- vegetarian or vegetarian. For a fixed price, there's an unending flow of the most scrumptious kebabs complemented with delectable biryani and rotti. And there are some lip-smacking desserts too.
