Intimex Consulting helps Lankan companies to go global

Intimex Consulting, the market entry strategy consultancy recently launched its flagship 5D market entry model in Sri Lanka in an attempt to empower Sri Lankan businesses and help them exploit world-class capabilities and powerhouse business models.

Researched and developed by Intimex’s Co founder and CEO Nibras Bawa, Intimex 5D is a comprehensive strategic market entry planning process. It starts by defining the dollar need and the dollar scope, diagnoses the dynamics of the operating environment, drives strategies to become the leader and defends the position whilst it extends to digitizing that ensures techno based value chain and implementation, according to a company statement.

Unlike conventional, voluminous report-based consulting, Intimex’ Value-Driven planning framework begins with a clean slate and creates value through strategic managing – linking strategy and execution. Intimex 5D, since its launch a year ago, has worked for 39 clients in eight countries in different clusters ranging from aviation, telecom, banking to health care and white goods.
