Beyond mending the heart
It is 9.30 on Saturday morning and the lecture theatre of the Cardiology Unit at the National Hospital has about 30 to 40 men and women, walking around briskly or exercising. A physiotherapist is taking them through the exercises while at the far end of the room doctors are in consultation.
 
When you eat out
Eating out, it seems, has never offered more comfort, ease, and variety. As the urban sprawl widens to encompass more and more people, lifestyles have changed dramatically - not only do we exercise less, we have diets that do little to sustain the machine that is our body.
