O/L exam starts tomorrow

Over 500,000 students will sit the GCE O/L examination which is set to commence tomorrow, Examinations Commissioner General Anura Edirisinghe said.

The examinations which will end on December 20, is to be conducted in 3990 centres. Students who have reached 16 years of age by October this year had been issued with national identity cards. Other candidates can sit the exam with postal IDs, Mr Edirisinghe said.
