Eagle raises its own bar on professionalism

Eagle Insurance PLC launched its first formal knowledge sharing session recently.‘Eagle professional sessions’ was held at the Galle Face Hotel, with the objective of enhancing the knowledge sharing culture in the company.

“Our sharing culture has been one of the strong pillars of Eagle’s success,” said Deepal Sooriyaarachchi, Managing Director of Eagle Insurance PLC at the inauguration of the event.

“It will not only help you to support the growth of others but will also drive the growth within you,” he said. Albert Paterson, Managing Director, AVIVA India emphasised the importance of having a customer centric culture. “We hold in our hands the power to keep the customers coming back,” he said.
