‘International Chef’s Day’at Ran Mal Hotel

'International Chefs' Day 2007' was held at Ran Mal Holiday Resort (Pvt.) Ltd. last week. 'International Chefs' Day 2007' was organized by the Sri Lanka Junior Chefs' Club of Sri Lanka. The picture shows the Executive committee members of the Chef Guild of Lanka with the Executive Director Sithira Wickramasekara of Ran Mal Holiday Resort (Pvt.) Ltd.

Sri Lanka Junior Chefs' Guild was formed to facilitate junior chefs a channel to network, learn new skills in today's culinary world and to provide a stepping stone for them to gain membership into the main Chef's Guild of Sri Lanka. 'International Chefs' Day 2007' at Ran Mal was a project initiated by Brian Perera of Ran Mal Hotel.

‘ This is the very first time that this type of celebration has come out of Colombo or Kandy. We were privileged to hold 'International Chef's Day 2007' at Ran Mal Hotel, Moratuwa’ said Brian.
