Let’s help them

An article titled '' Hospitals reluctant to admit T.B. patients'' appeared in a Sunday newspaper. Let us initiate action to build a separate T.B. ward for the Kegalle Hospital. We can help the Department of Health by establishing a fund for this purpose.

The majority of T.B cases in Kegalle district have been found among estate workers, garment employees and three wheeler drivers. I am sure the employers will contribute willingly once they are aware of the facts. T.B. can be cured.
