Brandix setting up design and product centre

The BOI recently signed an agreement with Brandix Lanka to set up a one stop shop Design and Product Development centre. This state of the art facility worth US$ 27 million will provide employment for approximately 10,000 workers and located at Wattala, according to a BOI press release.

“Brandix in its bid to transform the apparel industry from a ‘manufacturer’ to a ‘fully integrated service provider’, will apply a revolutionary strategy to be a one stop front end service centre,” it said.
