Hard work for batsmen
Big scores were expected during this World Cup, particularly on the smaller grounds. Before the games commenced Ian Chappell speculated in one of his columns that the possibility of a team scoring five hundred was on the cards! No team has got nowhere near!
 
Schools rugby still not out of the woods
The Singer sponsored School Rugby League Tournament is finally set to kick off in less than two weeks time. 30 teams split in to three groups will battle it out. However, as has been the case controversy continues to shroud the tournament.
