MillenniumESP recognized for Customer Satisfaction Excellence

MillenniumESP, the enterprise and service provider of MillenniumIT, has been recognized by Cisco Systems for its ‘Customer Satisfaction Excellence’ - the highest distinction a partner can receive within the Cisco Channel Partner Programme. This distinction is bestowed upon a partner based on surveys that Cisco sends directly to its customers as a part of Cisco’s worldwide partner assessment programme. Customers rank partners on the quality of their service and the partner who receives the highest ranking from a majority of customers is formally recognized by Cisco. Measuring customer satisfaction is one of Cisco’s highest priorities and a cornerstone of their Channel Partner Programme, the company said.

"By working as a team, both Cisco and Millennium ESP are able to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. We look forward to a closer collaboration with them to help grow the market for Cisco in Sri Lanka," said Natarajan Rajkumar, Country Manager - Sri Lanka, Cisco Systems. Vajira Wijesinghe, Technical Head of the Networking Business at MillenniumESP says ‘Our clients recognize the value we bring to them because our approach is different – when we plan a deployment, we list all of our customer’s requirements and use our IT Architecture approach to deliver a differentiated solution.

Our unique experience in working with diverse network environments is also valued by our customers.’ The Cisco team at MillenniumESP is Sri Lanka’s largest networking team, featuring skills across a range of technologies including MPLS, Class 5 Application Servers, Session Border Controllers, Service Provider Voice, Managed Services, Mobile IP Communications, LAN & QOS, Unified IP Communications, Wireless Communication, Security and Application-oriented Networking amongst others.
