‘Prabhavi Community Radio’ the first internet community radio in Sri Lanka from Prabhavi Resources Center, Weranketagoda, Ampara , Sri Lanka is now online.

‘We, the members Prabhavi are inviting you to listen and explore our way of internet broadcasting at http://radio.prabhavi.org’ said the Manager of the project.

‘We are planning to enrich our program content very soon with exploration of Sri Lankan culture, values and renowned English programs from other community broadcasters all over the world. Your comments and suggestions are most welcome’ he explained.

‘Lack of an internet connection at Prabhavi made us to broadcast Prabhavi Community Radio from USA and Prabhavi members have to send their recorded materials by post. If we would have an internet connection, we would be able to expand our capabilities enormously and generate more miracles with these hidden flowers at Prabhavi.
