Bungalow concept-housing from Ceylinco group

Surrounded by the tranquility of nature and ideally situated in the environs of convenience is the site for Ceylinco Housing and Real Estate (CHRE), a member of Ceylinco Consolidated, is creating 28 aesthetically designed ‘country style’ bungalows at Biyagama. “The Bungalow” complex was formally declared open by Ms. Padmini Karunanayake, Deputy Chairperson of CHRE yesterday.

Laid out in eight acres of land, and designed by renowned architect Navin Gunaratne, Chairman of 124 Designs and his team, these bungalows are situated in the environs of Biyagama, a location abundant in fauna and flora. Each bungalow will be built on 40 perches of land and landscaped to be ‘different’ from each other. A range of six artistically designed homes are available and each comprises three bedrooms, spacious hallways, creative living areas complimented with picture windows, and high quality imported fittings throughout the house.

Ceylinco said in a press release that “The Bungalow”, Biyagama, is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by an abundance of migratory birds enticed by the lush green flora set amidst the meandering waters of the Kelani River.
