Manjula put s Army on top

A fine knock of 130 by Manjula Soysa supported by half tons from Seekuge Prasanna and Dilan Soysa helped Army to make a massive 454 in reply to Air Force’s score of 178 on day two of their Premier Tier ‘B’ encounter played at Rifle Green yesterday. Air Force batting the second time were 56 for 2. The match will be continued at 9.45 a.m. today.

Police take lead
Police have already obtained a first innings lead over KYCC in their Premier Tier ‘B’ encounter played at the Welegedera Stadium in Kurunegala. Rashmi Jinan’s 86 with 11 boundaries and a six helped Police make 242 in reply to KYCC’s 207.
