Premier Pacific gets ICTAD ‘A’ rating

Premier Pacific International (Pvt) Ltd has been awarded the prestigious ‘A’ rating, the first property developer to get such an award at the recent Construction Excellence Awards Ceremony held by the Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD).

Premier Pacific said in a press release that the ICTAD rating of property developers is timely because there are many property developers in the market and it is difficult to judge their quality and reliability.

Premier Pacific has also been a previous ICTAD award winners, winning the excellence award in 2001 and the merit award in 2005.

Company Chairman Nimal Perera, said the third project of Premier Pacific “Premier Pacific Topaz” scheduled for completion in 12 months is a far superior building to the two previous projects which are ICTAD award winners. This is a world-class building with 22 floors containing 120 hotel-type studio apartments for the first time in Sri Lanka and 49 residential apartments besides two floors dedicated for hotel-type services and facilities. It is estimated to cost over Rs.2.5 billion (US$ 25 million).
