Trip not in vain if stinging Cuban remedy was sought

A few years ago, the Minister of Health, Nimal Siripala de Silva, stated that help was being sought from Cuba to biologically control the mosquito menace, especially the Dengue mosquito. Cuba has successfully controlled the proliferation of mosquitoes biologically, without using insecticides.

I sincerely hope the Minister of Health who made the trip to Havana with President Rajapakse found the time to personally seek the help of his Cuban counterpart on the subject. If he did so, he has amply justified his trip.
