Sri Lankan bank of suffocation? - Letter

The bank which is popular for its partner’s progress, hit a curve ball recently in attempting to help one of its customers. The mistake occurred when a certain branch in Ratmalana opened an account when its sole responsibility was to stand only as a payee commodity centre.

I, a valid customer of this bank requested my paycheque to be transferred to another prestigious bank in Sri Lanka. However, after a few days I inquired about my lost money, the bank mentioned that they had miss-placed it. A few more days went by; they mentioned that the transfer is in progress, “We sent a telegram to your other bank requesting a transfer,” is what the manager said. What caught me by surprise is not that they have lost my paycheck, but that they used a telegram system for transfers, when they claim to have online facilities and being superior in this progress.

Two weeks have gone by, still no sign of my cheque, nor do I have any money to eat. To reach some sign of security within myself, I asked the manager of this bank for a letter. What stirred this climactic moment is when he said, “I can’t give you a letter, we don’t have a typist.” How can this bank possibly call its self a “Partner in Progress” when its sole intention is to destroy?
