Financial Times - GEMS Ltd Murray to speak at CIMA meet

Simon Murray, Chairman of GEMS Limited and Asia Corporate Finance, Macquarie Group of Companies, Hong Kong, will speak at this year’s CIMA Business Leaders’ Summit on “Creating a Galaxy”.

He will draw on his many achievements from both his professional and personal life to illustrate his own view of the conference theme, “Unleash your potential”.

Mr Murray is also a director of a number of companies including Hutchison Whampoa, Cheung Kong Holdings and Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA.

He pioneered the Hutchison Group’s entry into the mobile telecommunication business and also developed the group’s energy business and expanded its container operations.
