'Bakmaha Asiriya' at Amaya Hills
'Bakmaha Asiriya', a real Avurudu celebration will be held from 10 to 16 April at Amaya Hills. 'Bakmaha ulela' will come alive at the tennis court of the hotel with traditional games, pillow fight, bun eating, sack race, tug of war, eye the elephant and other avurudu games. A magic show and BBQ along with Sri Lanka music from 'Odyssey' will entertain the holiday makers to the Amaya Hills.

The poolside and Dumbara Bar Terrace will be the venues for the Fresh Strawberry promotion. Fresh Strawberry Flambé, Strawberry Cheese Cake, Strawberry Glazed in Chocolate and Strawberry Crepes with Red Rum are some of the attractions at this Bakmaha Asiriya'.

At 'Rasawasala', main restaurant which includes special preparations on theme buffets. 'Mahanuwara Kada Veediya' - a special dinner at 'Rasawasala' Terrace 'Pera Aparadiga Rasamusuwa' - called International buffet combination of 20 varieties of dishes, 'Baaratha Rathriya' - Indian Night including special Indian 'Bakmaha Bojanaya' - special lunch buffet is on daily during the season for revellers.

'Le Garage', the hottest night club in Kandy also geared for the 'Avurudhu' Night on 15 April with Resident DJ Shiran-D with DJs Roger, Eranda and Kasun together with Hi-Tech sound and lighting system with MOS.
Tickets are priced at Rs.500/- nett per couple and ladies are free to enter.
