Whistle blowing policy at Eagle Insurance
Eagle Insurance Co. Ltd. has adopted a 'whistle blowing policy' to be implemented within the company, according to a decision taken by the board of directors under its audit committee. This was done because of the company's continued commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate governance, a company statement said.

The new policy allows any employee who has a legitimate concern on an existing or potential wrong doing, done by anyone within the company, to come forward voluntarily and bring such concerns to the notice of an independent designated authority.
