Lushama Pathirage, Miss Sri Lanka for Miss Tourism International 2003 was in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to represent Sri Lanka in this world pageant.

Malayasia hosted the 8th Miss Tourism International pageant - the only authentic competition to promote Tourism on the global platform.

Lushama, who took part in the Best Model of the World pageant in Turkey last year, is a professional model and runner up at Miss Sri Lanka 2002. She competed with 37 other countries for the period of 3 weeks for this coveted title, with the Grand Finals held on December 31.

Miss Sri Lanka’s wardrobe is sponsored by Esha Wewala and Pearly De Silva, who graduated from the London Institute of Fashion Technology (LIFT) and understudied veteran designer Carmine Cooke.
