Lucky Dias in search of talent
Lucky Dias not being satisfied with sweet success he has achieved as a teledrama director, is on track for yet another miniplay not titled to date.
The two teledramas “Siv Diya Dahara” and “Suwanda Obai Amme” which are telecast on Rupavahini and Swarnavahini channels were highly successful.

Both teledramas reflect the theme of motherhood and as such they are popular and the many who have viewed say, “we can empathise with the characters in these dramas. “Suwanda Obai Amme” is having an added incentive having the subtitles in Tamil which I think is laudable.

So he plans his new work on quite a different level from his previous attempts. This time it will be about violence, politics and the usual remedy to attract the audience, romance.

Now Lucky is set to tackle a tale about a Mafia don, who is running away from his past and at the same time trying to unravel the mysteries of his life. Along with Lucky, veteran artistes, Malani and Wimal Kumara de Costa who have in the scene for a very long time will play the lead roles in this.

Lucky is searching for three young talented girls-two for minor and one for a major roles. Anyone who thinks she has the potential to act be get in touch with the director.
