NDB Bank's World-class e-Window offer
NDB Bank said last week its new electronic banking offering, branded 'e-Window', is the result of direct input from clients. It offers single-window access to cash and trade solutions from the Bank, said NDB Bank's Transactional Services Manager Judith Silva.

NDB Bank successfully upgraded from a Client Server architecture to a Web-based system this year. To clients, this means that they have 'anywhere access', 24 hours a day, in a convenient and secure environment.

"One of the most useful features of e-Window is that it can be interfaced with any back-office system for easy data import/export," Mrs Silva said. Customers receive comprehensive information regarding their account activity and transaction information, in a format that can be downloaded to a back-office system for daily reconciliation.

NDB Bank has also implemented state-of-the-art system security infrastructure which allows clients to perform their operations in a secure environment. e-Window uses SSL certification (provided by Verisign USA) and 128 bit encryption, the industry standard for a website processing transactions. Firewalls and authentication servers provide additional security.
