‘Dance big at the ‘Little Hut’

“Foot Loose at The Hut”, the popular competition organised by the TV Times and Mount Lavinia Hotel, stepped into the fourth and the final exciting week. organised by the TV Times and Mount Lavinia Hotel. The ‘Hut’ the oldest and the most popular night club at the Mount Lavinia Hotel is the centre of attraction during the last three weeks as the competition “Foot Loose at The Hut” hit the top in the music scene.

TV Times readers can now go for the final win with six (6) entrance tickets to the popular Little Hut every week, if you can send the correctly answered coupon . To enter this final lap of this fantastic contest, all you have to do is to answer the simple questions on the Coupon No. 4 and post it to “Foot Loose at The Hut”, C/o TV Times, No 8, Hunupitiya Cross Road, Colombo 2.

Any one can send any amount of entries, but it must be the original coupons from the TV Times & Entertainment Magazine and no photo copies or faxes will be entertained. All the coupons must be on postcards and posted to the above address on or before October1, the latest.

The first six all correct entries will be drawn by a panel of judges and the decision of the judges on all matters pertaining to this contest will be final. This week we are ready to announce the second batch of winners of the “Foot Loose at The Hut” Contest.

‘The Hut’ is usually open for public on Wednesday to Sunday. The resident DJs and a guest band come into action on all four days of the week. The Hut is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 p.m. to 2.00 a.m. On Fridays and Saturdays the Hut opens from 9.00 p.m. to 4.00a.m.

“The Hut is usually catering for the young adults and of the music of 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. “We generally do not encourage the teenagers to patronize the Club as their type of music won’t be catered.” said Osadhi de Silva , the Public Relations Manager of the Hotel.

Tickets are priced at Rs. 500/- per gent with free entrance for ladies. “The Hut” is having a strict ‘couples and members only’ policy to avoid the unnecessary incidents.
